Return and Refund Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $69, and we only charge $9.90 for delivery on orders under $69. All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
All orders from the USA and the rest of the world will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx.
Delivery time is 5-15 business days depending on customs clearance. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your parcel. In the event of an exception due to certain regional and customs regulations, you will be notified, but you are under no obligation to proceed, at which time the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
It is your responsibility to pay any entry duties and taxes deemed appropriate by your local customs authorities. The product prices shown do not include all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes that will be incurred on your order as these are levied directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. We always do our best to deliver your order in an efficient manner and endeavour to ensure that your order is complete and undamaged. In the unlikely event that your order is missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately.
For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service department within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and before posting the return parcel.

Please contact our customer service by email, otherwise the return request may be rejected, please indicate your order number to wait for processing.
We do not offer refunds if the parcel is returned due to refusal by the recipient or if duties and taxes have not been paid in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is received and paid for correctly.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you within 2 business days if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method.
